Our group fitness classes are always staffed with certified coaches to guide you every step of the way. Each class contains a mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), resistance/strength training, calisthenics (think push ups, pull ups, lunges, crunches), and endurance training.
The goal of our group classes is to provide a whole body workout that builds strength and endurance. Functional fitness training is for ALL fitness levels.
